Metal Stamping Manufacturing Process：

“Metal stamping is a manufacturing process that involves applying pressure to a metal sheet to cause plastic deformation, resulting in a part with the desired shape and size. The manufacturing process of metal stamping generally includes the following steps:

1. Mold design and manufacturing: Using CAD/CAM software to design stamping dies and machining the die components using CNC machines and other equipment to complete the entire mold.

2. Stamping preparation: Preparing materials, installing the mold, and calibrating the equipment.

3. Stamping forming: Feeding the metal sheet into the working area of the stamping die, applying pressure from the stamping press to deform the metal sheet into the shape of the part, and finally removing the stamped part from the die after stamping is complete.

4. Subsequent processing: First, trimming to remove burrs and excess material from the stamped part, then bending the stamped part according to product requirements, welding multiple stamped parts together, and finally performing surface treatments such as galvanizing and painting.

Q: What do we need if you want a quote?
A: Please kindly send us your 2D & 3D drawing of your product. We need the detail specifications as follows :

Q:How does the payment process work?
A: Our preferntial payment term is T/T 
Mould Tooling : 50% down payment, 50% balance against the sample approval. 
Mass Production: 50% down payment , 50% against the B/L copy 

Q: How do I know about the production status?
A: We will regularly send some photos of moulds and mold progress report to our customers.

Q: How do I confirm the sample?
A: When the mold for your custom enclosure is cut, we put it on one of our molding machines and make a few sample parts to send you for your approval. When you approve the sample parts we can move to the production phase of the process.
